HMO Performance Evaluation Program

This research is part of the HMO Performance Evaluation Program (PQO), which aims to increase beneficiary participation in evaluating the quality of services provided by health insurance companies.

The research is conducted through an online study with active beneficiaries of a given insurance. It consists of 10 questions, as specified in the technical document.
